the photography part of the PANOPTIC creation
is rather difficult and the stitching part is tricky, this product
is very time consuming. It has been proven that good quality virtual
tours that load fast are able to increase site visitations by 30%
and proportionally increase the online bookings and search engine
status of these web sites.

The PANOPTIC
Service includes the following:
Photography:
A professional Nikon Digital Camera is used for all PANOPTIC
services. Exterior shots are taken around noon time, interior
shots at the most appropriate time, depending on the location.
Software
processing:
Each PANOPTIC image will be graphically edited, seamed and a
BOOTLEG logo embedded at the base of the images prior
to being saved as a working PANOPTIC file.
Licensing:
All technology licensing is included in the service charge.
Bootleg Co. Ltd. irrevocably authorizes the recipient to use the
photographic images sold to it by Bootleg C. Ltd. for marketing
purposes on their corporate web-sites and as a direct marketing
tool via email or CD-Presentations. The intellectual property
rights in and to these images remains the property and goodwill
of Bootleg Co. Ltd.
Travel/Accommodation:
Flights to
property locations within Thailand (Phuket clients free) are not
included in the service charge. Clients are required to provide
airport transfers, between two & five nights accommodation and
meals during the shooting and On-site production.
Recommended
shoot list:
It is important
that the client prepares a brief of which locations are to be
captured and details any property features to be showcased or
hidden.
Image file
formats:
According to each package Bootleg Co. Ltd. delivers medium
or high resolution Java files for Internet use and uncompressed
CD quality files. Each package also includes an 'exe' format
called an E-Brochure (E-mail attachment.)
Delivery:
Initial proof
images are posted on a demo site or sent by email for approval
by the client. Final versions are delivered on CD-ROM.
Web-site
Posting:
Detailed instructions are supplied for client's web developers
and support/consultation is included but implementation is not
part of the service. This can be quoted separately.
Time/availability/delivery specs:
Proof images sent within 7 days of photo shoot. Final images
sent when approved and on receipt of payment.
Payment:
Advance payment of 50% is required on the day of ordering your
PANOPTIC panoramas.
The remainder is due on delivery of the final product.
Payment will be made via electronic funds transfer into
Bootleg's Bank Account.
Thai law
applies to the transactions contemplated by proposals from
Bootleg Co. Ltd.
